Greg Essenmacher has spent over a dozen years as a sales leader specialist dedicated to helping medical device companies through transitional periods. Focusing most of his efforts on startups and turnarounds, Greg has a knack for identifying key cultural components that make successful teams. His background includes a proven ability to motivate and coach top-performing sales representatives, develop strategies with management teams and introduce new products to the marketplace. Accomplishments include: Formally trained in Coaching and Leadership at KCI. Led a 100 year old congregation through a transition from a 20 year pastorate, intentional interim, and new Senior Pastor as Moderator. Created business plan and launched surgical guide business creating workflows for production, order fulfillment, vendor contracts and compliance. Hired to assist the world’s fourth largest dental implant company into the US market in 2014 developing Key Opinion Leaders for workshops and coordinated seminars through site selection, marketing of workshops to key accounts, and working with KOLs to develop Core Messaging representing corporate values. Teresa’s passion is offering discernment coaching in situations calling for sacred transformation.
An ordained minister in the United Church of Christ (UCC), Teresa has worked as a spiritual director for individuals, groups and organizations in spiritual direction since 1997 and has served for over 10 years as Director of the Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction at the Redemptorist Renewal Center at Picture Rocks in Tucson, AZ. Currently she offers spiritual direction and discernment consulting out of the Phoenix Center for Spiritual Direction, which she founded at First UCC church in downtown Phoenix. Accomplishments include: Teaching principles of discernment to churches, leadership teams and spiritual direction training programs nationwide. Facilitating discernment for the First UCC Phoenix Visioning team in 2016. Trained in the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center's Church Conflict Transformation processes. Received a grant from the Discernment Leadership Initiative Program of the George Fox University's Congregational Discernment Project to create a series of workshops for churches on "Discerning God's Desire for This Church." Trained in the Listening Hearts Discernment processes. |
